What these messages are
PawPath is a customer relationship management (CRM) app used by veterinary relations teams. People who use PawPath can choose to receive text message (SMS) reminders about their own work in the app, sent by Urban Designs on behalf of the PawPath service. Messages may include:
- Reminders for follow-ups and action items that are coming up or due today
- Reminders for continuing-education (CE) events you are running or attending
- Other account notifications you turn on in your PawPath preferences
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
Example message: “PawPath: Reminder, follow-up due tomorrow for Oak Valley Animal Hospital. Reply STOP to opt out.”
How you opt in
Text messages are off until you turn them on. To opt in, a signed-in PawPath user opens Preferences in the app, enters or confirms their mobile number, chooses which reminders they want, and ticks the box to receive SMS notifications. By doing so, you confirm that you own or are authorized to use that number and agree to receive the messages described here. Consent is not a condition of using PawPath or of any purchase.
How often
Message frequency varies with your activity and the reminders you choose: usually a few messages a week, and sometimes several on a busy day. Reminders are typically sent 3 days before, 1 day before and on the day an item is due.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Urban Designs does not charge you for these messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop all text messages from this program. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no more after that. You can also turn text messages off at any time in Preferences. To start again, reply START or turn them back on in Preferences.

Your privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the notifications you asked for. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except the messaging providers who deliver the messages for us. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not be delivered if your phone is off, out of range, or your carrier does not support them.
